Seeking Massage Therapists to join our fun and family oriented team

 Our salon is growing and needs immediate help to support our growing client demand. The perfect candidate will be highly motivated and hard-working and have a passion for the industry. We handle the marketing, scheduling and provide premium supplies in well-stocked treatment rooms.

 Full-time/Part-time positions available at both our Wayland and Acton locations. Both experienced LMT’s and recent LMT graduates are encouraged to apply.

General Responsibilities:

• Provide consistent professional massage and body treatments in accordance with spa protocols and accepted certification practices within the appropriate time allotted for the service.
• Uphold the standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by law and the spa’s policies and procedure.
• Maintain accurate SOAP notes.
• Handle guests’ questions and concerns professionally and courteously.

 Qualifications:

• Be flexible with your schedule, supporting the needs of the spa (days, nights and weekends)
• Possess the ability to work without direct supervision.
• Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment.
• Must have enthusiasm and possess excellent customer service skills.
• Enjoy working with people and possess a friendly and outgoing personality.
• Be a team player.
• Punctuality, reliability and professional appearance is a must.
•  Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must hold an active Licensed Massage Therapist for the State of Massachusetts
• Insurance License (Required)
