Job Opportunity for Massage Therapists

Are you a licensed massage therapist looking to join a well-established practice with a supportive and collaborative environment? We are a 18+ year-established massage therapy and esthetics practice, who is seeking passionate and professional massage therapists to join our growing team.

Shifts Available

• Day: 9:30 AM – 4:00 PM
• Evening: 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:30 AM – 4:00 PM (must be available some Saturdays)
• Note: We are closed on Sundays + Mondays.

What We’re Looking For

We welcome both experienced and newly graduated massage therapists who are ready to build a full or part-time practice. This is a commission-based position ideal for individuals who are:

• Eager to grow and refine their skills in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform massage services tailored to each client’s needs.
• Maintain thorough and accurate SOAP notes after each session.
• Educate clients on services and answer any questions they may have.
• Promote retail products to enhance client wellness.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of your workspace.

General Requirements

• Licensed massage therapist in the state of Massachusetts.
• Professional liability insurance.
• Punctual, reliable, and customer-focused.
• Adherence to ethical and professional guidelines.
