Licensed Massage Therapists Wanted

Hiring Massage Therapists for massage practice in Back Bay and South End of Boston.

OUR APPROACH:Developed by world-class athletes, bio-mechanics and massage specialists, we have developed a protocol involving soft tissue manipulation and assisted stretching to release tension, restore muscle and joint function and reset natural alignment patterns throughout the body. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

. Perform 30-minute stretch sessions within the scope of practice and licensing

. Create excellent member/guest experience through friendly and helpful attitude

. Maintain an organized and clean studio

. Reliable, on time attendance

. Handle member concerns when applicable

. Maintain a professional appearance at all times

. Assist Studio Ambassadors, when needed, with studio tours and sales

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

. Licensed Massage Therapist

. Adheres to all applicable local and state licensing laws and regulations related to the massage therapy services provided, including following any applicable law pertaining to maintaining current Massage License

. Strong command of human anatomy

. Health and wellness-minded

. Excellent communication and customer service skills

. Maintain client confidentiality

. Ability to multi-task and follow protocol

. Flexible to work day, evenings and/or weekend hours as needed

. Management and organizational skills

COMPENSATION:

. Hourly (potential to move to salary)

. Tipping

. Flexible hours

Salary: $35,000.00 to $65,000.00 /year
