Our Day Spa offers Massage Therapy & Aesthetics Services.

We are a client-centric practice, offering evidence based Massage Therapy in a supportive, relaxing environment. We offer both Therapeutic/Medical Massage sessions, General Relaxation Sessions and Mixed Goal Sessions, depending on what the client prefers or needs.

We actively incorporate the relaxation response into all of our sessions to greatly improve outcomes and client satisfaction.

Immediate Need for: All Shifts

New Graduates Encouraged to Apply!

Responsibilities:
Greet, Intake & Work with Clients to Assess their goals and Exceed them.
Manage Client expectations about massage outcomes.
Maintain Soap Notes on Therapeutic client sessions, and preferences on Relaxation Sessions.
Participate in Therapist Exchange with other Co-workers.
Clean & Maintain Workspace Between Clients and during downtime.
Share Reception Duties (phones, scheduling, check-in/out) during downtime.
Other Duties as needed to keep a clean, welcoming space.

Requirements:
Current Licensed Massage Therapist in MA.
AMTA or ABMP membership.
Professional Liability Insurance Required.
Compassionate, Friendly Personality.
High level of comfort and skill working within your preferred massage modalities.
Excellent conversational and written English Language Skills.
Exceptional Professionalism with both clients & colleagues.

Bonus Points:
An interest in using scientific evidence based approaches to massage.
Multiple Language Proficiency
Familiarity with Scheduling software, Point of Sale, etc.
Dual-Licensed w/ Esthetics would be a huge bonus.
