**SALON ROOM FOR RENT**

Salon room for rent in a quiet and cozy space! This is at a small 1 person Salon that is in the process of being renovated. Your room is finished and open for business!!  All that is left for Renovations at this point in time is painting. Renovations expect to end in August/September and will not interfere with your work. If you can supply me with your schedule, I can make sure any renovations happen outside of your business hours. Shared bathroom. fridge, skin, and I have plently of storage space for you. Receive free haircuts and color services for product cost. Receive free business advertisment on Salon webpage as well as social media sites. Salon will refer any current client's to you. Client's are welcome to share cozy seating area with coffee bar. I provide coffee, water, tea, hot chocolate, and even little dum dum pops for clients who may have to wait a few extra minutes at no cost to you. While working at the salon,  if you so choose to use Dermaogica, you'll receive these awesome perks; FREE hands on training from Dermalogica with an endless amount of classes, discounted Dermalogica products both Backbar Sizes as well as retail sizes, Spa Clothing, and supplies all at Salon account cost. You'll also have an oppurtunity to receive 30% commission on products sold if you would rather not stock your own retail. If you would rather not have to supply your own backbar, the Salon ask's for 10% commission on any services you provide each day to cover cost of product used.
