Job Title: PT or FT Licensed Massage Therapist

Location: Westport, MA

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various massage techniques and a genuine desire to help clients achieve their wellness goals. You will be responsible for providing high-quality massage services, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of massage techniques and services.
• Assess clients’ needs and preferences to tailor each session accordingly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace.
• Provide excellent customer service and build lasting relationships with clients.
• Stay updated on the latest massage therapy techniques and trends.
• Collaborate with other team members to create a cohesive and supportive work environment.
• Assists with Social Media posts for salon and spa
• Achieves personal goals and targets that align with business targets

Qualifications:

• Valid massage therapy license in the state of Massachusetts.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain a professional and positive attitude.
• Commitment to ongoing education and professional development.
• Reliable and hardworking with a strong commitment level.

Job Type: Full-time

Expected Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week

License/Certification:

• Massage Therapy License (Required)

Shift availability:

Days, Evenings until 8pm (1-2 days per week) and Saturdays
