Massage Therapist Position – Join Our Elite Spa Team!
We’re looking for a skilled and passionate massage therapist to join our team! Our spa is all about providing a high-end, customized experience that goes beyond the typical cookie-cutter treatments.
What We’re Looking For:
- Someone who is client-focused, skilled, and eager to grow within a supportive team.
- Strong communication skills—being able to connect with clients, understand their needs, and guide them through their experience is just as important as your hands-on technique.
- A therapist with expertise or interest in deep tissue, swedish, prenatal, lymphatic drainage, Tuina, Thai, Ayurvedic, sports massage, hot stone, cupping, or other specialized modalities. We will build a service menu based around your particular skill set while encouraging you to develop further and explore new techniques.
- Ability to handle checkout, rebooking, and upselling to enhance the client experience. We will train and provide assistance in doing these.
Scheduling & Availability:
We’ll work with you to find the best schedule based on your availability and our team’s needs at the time. Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday are our highest-volume days, so ideally, we’d start with 1-2 of those days and adjust as needed.
