Our clients come to us for our non-invasive walk-in walk-out services such as botox, lip fillers, laser genisis, and laser hair removal. They come back over and over again because of our incredible service and the amazing results that they get. Because of this we are growing rapidly and want to expand our offerings to them. This is where the right esthetician comes in.
We are offering something very unique. A rent free room in our spa where you can provide the best services possible to our current and new clients. We will advertise your services in and out of the spa free of charge, and you will right away have potential clients. On top of this we will also train you in laser hair removal, with potentially other services in time. All this combined with a highly flexible scheduale and the most competitive commission split you will ever get means that you can make the most you ever made with unprecidented freedom.
Because things are going so well and this opportunity is as good as it is we are forced to be very picky. The Esthetician we are looking to bring on will be remarkably friendly and social. Incredibly consistent and professional. Having experience and current clietns is a huge plus as we hope that not only will we be able to bring business to you, but you can also bring business to us. This person has to be willing to learn, grow, and work as part of the team. There is a real possibility that within a year you will be managing estheticians under you. - Spa: 1 year
- Massachusetts esthetics license
- High school diploma/GED required
- Bilingual (spanish) a big plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to work occasional saturdays and holidays
- Familiarity with the hospitality industry a plus
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Willingness to maintain confidentiality
- Excellent Communication skills
- Strong social media skills a plus
- Technical: must have reasonable computer skills.
