Position Overview:

• Role: Receptionist/Aesthetician
• Location:  Falmouth, MA
• Type: Part-time/Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist clients with a warm, friendly demeanor.
• Schedule appointments, manage spa bookings, and handle customer inquiries at the front desk.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area and treatment rooms.
• Provide support to our team of aestheticians, massage therapists and nail techs as needed.
• Assist in the promotion and sale of skincare products, treatments, and services.
• Gain hands-on experience and training to fill in for our aestheticians periodically once licensed.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an accredited aesthetician program.
• A genuine passion for skincare and skin care products.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and confident with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the beauty and wellness industry.
• social media and marketing strengths are a huge bonus
