Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our growing team at The Bodhi Spa Norwood. In this role, you’ll provide exceptional, customized massage services that support our clients’ physical and emotional wellness—playing a key role in delivering a deeply restorative spa experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of massage techniques including deep tissue, trigger point therapy, and relaxation massage
• Assess individual client needs and tailor treatments for maximum benefit
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and hygienic treatment area
• Deliver warm, attentive service that makes each guest feel comfortable and valued
• Educate clients on massage benefits and recommend ongoing care or follow-up treatments
• Stay current on industry trends, techniques, and certifications
• Offer and support enhancement services and home-care product recommendations

Requirements

• Valid Massachusetts massage therapy license
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and pain management techniques
• Commitment to excellent customer care and guest satisfaction
• Proficiency in a range of massage modalities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Dual-license (esthetic or nail technician) providers preferred but not required
