We are seeking a talented and dedicated Aesthetician who is passionate about delivering results-driven, luxurious skincare experiences. This role may be part-time or full-time, depending on availability and client demand. The ideal candidate brings both technical expertise and a genuine desire to create a calm, elevated experience for every guest.Responsibilities
- Deliver customized, high-end facial treatments tailored to each client’s unique skin needs
- Perform advanced skincare services using professional products, including G.M. Collin, with precision and care
- Provide waxing, brow shaping, and tinting services (if applicable)
- Create a tranquil, pristine treatment environment that reflects the spa’s elevated standards
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences with professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail
- Educate clients on skincare regimens and recommend premium home care products, including G.M. Collin
- Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and luxury skincare lines
- Collaborate with the team to uphold a polished, welcoming, and professional spa environment
Qualifications
- Current Massachusetts Aesthetician License (in good standing)
- Professional liability insurance (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience with or willingness to train in G.M. Collin products and protocols
- Strong knowledge of advanced skincare techniques, products, and ingredients
- Exceptional communication and guest service skills
- Polished, professional demeanor with a passion for excellence
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and committed to providing a luxury-level experience
