We are a barbershop and beauty salon opening in Randolph, MA. The grand opening is the first week of September 2025. We are located in the heaviest foot traffic area in Randolph and we have excess parking. It's the perfect setting to maintain a big clientele. We are looking to hire an Esthetician who can do skincare treatments, eyebrow shaping, or lash extensions. The position can be either booth rental or commission. See more info below:
- We are not just a regular salon, but a lounge experience;
- We will serve finger foods and nonalcoholic beverages in the waiting area. Guests will regularly congregate there to watch sports games and hit TV shows, because the more time people spend in the salon, the more often they will get esthetician services.
- Annual esthetician service subscriptions will be sold optionally to retain long-term clients
There will be a separate entrance and separate room space for the men’s barbershop. This organically generates more referrals as many men will recommend the esthetician salon to their female friends and family. We will also have hair salon next to the esthetician salon, so many clients getting their hair done will also want esthetician services done that same day in one-trip.
