·An extensive knowledge of Human Anatomy, and modalities including deep tissue, prenatal, oncology, and reflexology. Energy work and Craniosacral Therapy is also desirable.
• Ability to review client health history and intakes, propose therapy plans, maintain treatment notes, and reassess clients at every session.
• Knowledge of contraindications for massage therapy treatments.
• The ability to guide clients through our service offerings and assist them in choosing the therapy session that would benefit them most; design a customized session around their specific concerns or problem areas.
• Ability to provide 30, 60, 90 and 120-minute sessions.
• Demonstrate respect and sensitivity for clients' needs with a professional and pleasant attitude.
• Ability to maintain client retention.
• Uphold our hygiene, sterilization, and cleanliness standards throughout the wellness center.
• Be ethical and reasonable in all interactions with co-workers and clients, willing to learn and grow with the company, and easily adapt to change.
