60/40 - 70/30 split (depending on hours per week worked)

We are a Holistic Health collective of holistic health practitioners who support each other’s growing businesses. We are a newly launched collaborative located in Hampton, New Hampshire, with a mission to provide a nurturing environment for both practitioners and clients.

We are seeking skilled and passionate Massage Therapists to join our team as subcontractors. This is a great opportunity for independent professionals looking to grow their practice in a supportive and collaborative space.

• Opportunities for Growth: You'll have access to our on-site classroom facility, allowing you to offer workshops, classes, or trainings to further expand your practice.

• Beautiful Workspace: A room equipped with a chair, small table, and decorative elements in line with the center’s aesthetics. A massage table will be available if you need one. The environment is cozy and homey giving you access to a kitchen area, filtered water and tea station. (photos will be available within a few weeks)

• Flexibility: As a subcontractor, you are free to set your own schedule and work independently, utilizing our massage rooms when they are available.

• Business Growth Support: Opportunities for cross-promotion and collaboration with other practitioners within the collective.

• Prime Location: Conveniently located in beautiful Hampton, NH, right on Rt.1, with access to a growing client base through our holistic health services.

Responsibilities

- Provide therapeutic massage services to clients based on their individual needs and preferences.

- Maintain a clean, professional, and relaxing environment for clients.

- Manage your own bookings and client communications (booking support tools available).

- Supply your own materials (oils, linens, etc.) for sessions.

- Set your own working hours, based on room availability.

Requirements

- Licensed Massage Therapist in the state of New Hampshire.

- Proof of Liability insurance.

- Proficient in various Massage Techniques (Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports massage etc.)

- Client care professionalism 

- Efficient time management

- Ability to work independently
