Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) – Studio Expansion – North Reading, MA

Availability: Full-Time and Part-Time Roles Available (7 Days a Week)

Job Overview

We have officially expanded our North Reading studio with a brand-new treatment room and are now opening our doors to clients 7 days a week.

We are seeking reliable, skilled, and passionate Massage Therapists to join our team during this exciting growth phase. We provide a sanctuary-like environment for our North Shore clientele, focusing on clinical excellence and premium service. If you are an LMT who values autonomy, anatomical expertise, and a supportive professional culture, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Clinical Excellence: Perform thorough client intakes and assessments to deliver results-oriented sessions.
• Technique Mastery: Proficiency in Swedish and Deep Tissue is required. Specialized interest or certification in Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is highly encouraged.
• Outcome-Based Care: Utilize a deep understanding of anatomy and physiology to address chronic pain and injury recovery.
• Professional Record Keeping: Maintain high standards of documentation with digital SOAP notes via MassageBook.
• Client Retention: Develop and communicate long-term treatment plans to help clients achieve their wellness goals.
• Seamless Experience: Manage client checkouts and maintain the tranquil, high-end atmosphere of our new studio space.

Requirements

• Licensure: Current Massachusetts Massage Therapy License and liability insurance.
• Expertise: Strong skills in assessment and the ability to adapt techniques to medical/clinical needs.
• Professionalism: Punctual, dependable, and dedicated to exceptional customer service.
• Communication: Ability to build rapport with clients and explain the physiological benefits of their treatment.
