We are looking for a talented and dedicated Cosmetologist/Barber to join our vibrant salon community. Our salon is designed to enhance the client experience with a range of amenities and a welcoming atmosphere. Key Responsibilities:

- Client Services: Provide high-quality haircuts, shaves, color treatments, and other hair services tailored to the individual needs of each client.

- Consultation: Conduct thorough consultations to understand client preferences and desired outcomes, offering professional advice and recommendations.

- Sanitation: Maintain a clean and organized work station, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized and meet health and safety regulations.

- Client Comfort: Offer clients warm, sanitized blankets for added comfort during their services. Ensure a relaxing experience with features like our massage heating chair available during hair processing.

- Entertainment: Provide clients with a personalized experience using the smart TV at each station, allowing them to enjoy their favorite shows or music with individual headsets.

- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, encouraging repeat business and referrals through excellent service.

- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest hair care products, trends, and techniques to offer clients the best recommendations.

Qualifications:

- Valid cosmetology/barber license in Maine

- Previous experience in a salon or barbershop setting preferred but not required

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
