Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various massage techniques and a genuine desire to help clients achieve their wellness goals. You will be responsible for providing high-quality massage services, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of massage techniques and services.
- Assess clients’ needs and preferences to tailor each session accordingly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace.
- Provide excellent customer service and build lasting relationships with clients.
- Stay updated on the latest and massage therapy techniques and trends.
- Collaborate with other team members to create a cohesive and supportive work environment.
- Assists with Social Media posts for salon and spa
- Achieves personal goals and targets that align with business targets
Qualifications:
- Valid massage therapy license in the state of Massachusetts.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain a professional and positive attitude.
- Commitment to ongoing education and professional development.
- Reliable and hard working with strong commitment level.

Expected Pay: $40.00 - $60.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
