Position Overview
The Esthetician will provide high-quality skincare services while building strong client relationships in a wellness-focused spa setting. Training and mentorship are available for the right candidate.
Responsibilities • Perform customized facials and skincare treatments
• Conduct client consultations and recommend appropriate services and products
• Maintain treatment room cleanliness and sanitation standards
• Create a welcoming, professional experience for every client
• Work collaboratively with massage therapists and spa staff
Qualifications • Massachusetts esthetics license or currently enrolled with anticipated graduation
• Strong interest in skincare and wellness
• Professional, reliable, and client-focused
• Willingness to learn and grow within a team environment
