Licensed Massage Therapist (Experienced)

A boutique wellness space offering massage, aesthetics, and natural wellness services. As we continue to grow and expand, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team.

Compensation

We offer flexible, negotiable compensation options to support different working styles and stages of professional growth:
    •    Traditional Room Rental:
A monthly rental fee for exclusive use of a treatment room
    •    Direct Compensation Model:
Receive compensation for every client you treat with no traditional rent obligation
    •    Hybrid Models:
A blended approach combining partial rent with treatment-based earnings, ideal for therapists building their schedule

All compensation structures are open to discussion to ensure the best fit for both the therapist and the wellness center.

Responsibilities
    •    Perform a variety of massage techniques tailored to individual client needs
    •    Maintain a clean, safe, and professional treatment environment
    •    Communicate effectively with clients to understand goals and concerns
    •    Uphold all licensing standards and ethical guidelines
    •    Keep accurate records of treatments and client progress

Qualifications
    •    Active and valid Massachusetts Massage Therapy License (required)
    •    Proven experience as a massage therapist
    •    Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic techniques
    •    Excellent communication and customer service skills
    •    Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships

    •    Additional certifications (e.g., deep tissue, sports massage, etc.)
