We are a large active adult senior community seeking a massage therapist to lease our amenity room and be available to potentially take on 24 hours per week of clients. You would be an indendent contractor working with individual residents and the rent would be $25/per day. The current massage therapist is retiring in the end of June so we are hoping that someone will take over for July 1st. This is an excellent way to establish a clientele and repeat business. Room is available most days except an occasional Wednesday. The previous massage therapist would generally not work this day to avoid scheduling conflicts.
