We are seeking a talented and passionate Esthetician to join our growing team on a part-time basis, with the potential for full-time employment.
Job Summary:
The Esthetician will provide a wide range of professional skincare and aesthetic services to our clients, including facials, waxing, chemical peels, dermaplaning, lash lifts and tints, eyebrow laminations and tints, and other advanced treatments. We are open to new graduates with some experience, as well as those with 2-5 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of skincare principles, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for helping clients look and feel their best. We are looking for someone eager to learn new skills and be trained by our experienced colleagues.
Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of esthetic services, including facials, waxing, chemical peels, dermaplaning, lash lifts and tints, and eyebrow laminations and tints.

Conduct thorough skin consultations to assess client needs and recommend appropriate treatments and products.

Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes.

Educate clients on proper skincare routines and product usage.

Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, adhering to all safety and hygiene standards.

Stay up-to-date on the latest skincare trends and technologies.

Promote and sell retail products and services.

Provide exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships.

Assist in maintaining inventory and ordering supplies.

Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient spa operation.

Be open to learning new skills and being trained by colleagues.
Qualifications:

Valid Massachusetts Esthetician License required.

2-5 years of experience as an Esthetician in a spa or medical spa setting is preferred, but open to new graduates with some practical experience.

Proficiency in dermaplaning, lash lifts and tints, waxing, and eyebrow laminations and tints required.

Experience with Diamond Glow facials is a plus.

Experience with laser hair removal is a plus.

Med spa experience is preferred.

Strong knowledge of skincare products and ingredients.
