In search of a massage therapist that is interested in renting a room on the 2nd floor in a quiet space within a building with other businesses, such as a chiropractor, real estate office and a nail salon. The building includes a private non metered parking lot behind building with free parking. Ideally the right candidate has an established following and has practiced in their field at least 5+ years and owned their business at least 1-2 years. I am looking to find someone to sign a one year lease. Open to a new graduate as well.
I am a licensed esthetician of 20 years and have been in this space 10 years. I am looking for someone to offer services that complement my services. Ideal candidate is in search of a simple, quiet, calming and peaceful environment to ensure comfort and relaxation for themselves and their guests. Soft music and soothing sounds within a dull lit space. Essential oils and dim lighting to ensure complete relaxation for our guests. Someone who also takes cleanliness and sanitation to another level.
The room will come furnished with a massage table, portable sink (as required by DPL) and room darkening curtains. $350/wk which includes all utilities as well. Room comes with a shared furnished waiting room as well. Move in would be first, last and a deposit of one month’s rent.
