Job Description:

SUMMARY/OBJECTIVEOur Clinic Managers balance their expertise in our industry by creating exceptional treatment plans for our clients, mentoring our engaged team and by fostering a welcoming and personalized environment for all.  As one of our key leaders you will be responsible for the overall success for all clients and team members through enabling clinic growth through selling solutions, great outcomes, and team development and support.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS INCLUDE:

  • Taking a client lead through a comprehensive consultation, develop a treatment plan during with the clients, recommend enhanced services, education of finance options and closing the sale effectively.
  • Recruit, hire, train, schedule and supervise the team, creating an environment for employees to bring their best self to work and succeed and grow in the med spa landscape.
  • Educating clients and staff as we roll out new and exciting services. Understanding the value in treating the full face and full body with the most effective technique.
  • Cultivate a strong culture of trust, collaboration, and winning spirit.
  • Responsible for managing and overseeing daily clinic operations ranging from; accounting, scheduling, sales, marketing, client retention, inventory management, maintain sanitation and cleanliness requirements
  • Proactively address client concerns in a professional and proactive way with a win-win resolution

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Licenses Aesthetician in Massachusetts or equal qualification
  • Proven track record in exceeding annual sales goal, through individual and team revenue goals, in the med spa, salon or cosmetic industry
  • Successful commitment to the client experience and retention by building strong and nurturing relationships to our internal and external guest.
  • Ability to use intellectual curiosity to problem solve with the ability to be solutions oriented.
  • Rapid learner that is tech savvy and has the ability to grasp concepts and protocol.

PHYISCAL DEMANDS:

  • Repetitive movements
  • Use of hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls
  • Sit, stand or lean forward for long periods of time
  • Lift up to 25 lbs
  • Continually utilize visual acuity to operate equipment, read clinical information and / or use a keyboard

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Medspa location.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Yes. Location team of aestheticians and nurses.

TRAVEL REQUIRED.

Yes, coverage in clinics, corporate meetings, vendor events and continuing trainings

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
