We are looking for a happy, career minded Cutting Associates and Color Associates who want to build a career in a fast paced successful salon company. Our Associate Program, is a 7 month masters degree in hair. Completion gets you a spot on the floor in Portlands leading luxury salon.
No salon experience required. No clientele required. Please be willing to be coached. Please be passionate about hair and fashion. Please be passionate about people (like teammates and guests). We are a career company and are looking for goal oriented team members. Be prepared for a competitive application process.
Associates in training make $12.50 an hour plus tips. Cutting and Color Specialists make from $30,000 to $120,000 and have a clear path on how to get to the highest level.
