Sublease a charming and cozy massage room in Melrose  available  3-4 days per week.

 $250 per month 

The room is inside a charming skincare and wellness establishment. 

 
Street level, free ample parking, very accessible and close to Wakefield, Stoneham, Malden, Saugus and Medford 

This is a great affordable opportunity for an individual that is professional, positive and wellness/health minded and looking to affordably get started with self employment

You will be sharing the room with me. I am winding down after 15 yrs as a LMT.  

Our landlord has a room at this location and has been a Esthetician or 30 yrs ) *She is also looking to sublease her equipped room on Mondays... 

You will bring your own clients and build a clientele. The room is available Monthly on Monday, Friday&(2-3 Saturdays per month)Sun

On Tue-Thurs most weeks I will just need the room for a few hrs.  And also 1-2 Saturdays per month for just a few hrs ( we can coordinate and be flexible with sharing times outside of our agreed upon days.)
