LICENSED MASSAGE THERAPIST FOR INTEGRATED HOLISTIC MEDICAL CENTER

About Us: We are a multi-disciplinary team of holistic practitioners in Shrewsbury, where we offer acupuncture, chiropractic, and massage therapy. We have been in business since 2009 and all of our employees have been with us for 4 to 17 years! When you join us, you really are joining our family.

What sets us apart is that we are not individual practitioners who happen to share a common space. We are members of a team that actively collaborate and co-treat our patients to maximize their results. We are located in a convenient and busy, yet cozy, part of residential Shrewsbury. We have a beautiful 2-story building with lots of natural light! We have a full-time receptionist, online scheduling system/EMR, a roomy staff kitchen with vaulted ceilings, private restrooms and more. If you're someone who believes in the benefit of combined, multi-modality treatment and who enjoys working with others...this is a beautiful space and a very fun practice! 

We have a very steady stream of patients and current backlog of demand that we cannot meet with our two existing massage therapists. You will have a regular and steady schedule of loyal patients who truly need and benefit from your work!

About the Position: - W-2 Employee (All supplies, tables, linens, etc. provided. No rent and no self-employment tax, paid a percentage split). No gratuities - we are not a spa, and we see massage therapy as healthcare. Average pay is $53-$60 per hour. Responsibilities: Hold a set schedule with a minimum of 20 available hours per week for massage therapy - Specific scheduled hours to be discussed - Deliver clinical treatment recommendations to patients - Maintain timely electronic SOAP notes - Participate in on-site laundering of linens - Exude a positive attitude and be a team player! Qualifications: - Must be a licensed massage therapist in MA - Must carry own malpractice insurance - Friendly, outgoing, empathetic and kind.
