Room use as is, including use of all massage/aesthetic equipment and all reusable tools, including hot stones, cups, gua shas, weighted compresses, hot cabby, mini fridge, steamer, high frequency, 2 three-shelf rolling caddies, etc., for your solo established business. Available for up to 2 more practitioners to split 42 hrs Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, &; Wednesday. The room is in a small commercial (cape-style) building shared with multiple private offices, including mental health counselors, a lawyer, and an insurance agency. Shared lobby, 2 shared restrooms, portable hot-water hand-washing sink within the room itself. 4 flat, 4 fitted, 4 face cradles, and 1 blanket provided for your use only (which may be kept in the room). All other linens, materials, and products needed must be brought with you and returned to the room for each shift, leaving the room as it was. Some storage is available within the room for your materials during your shift, and building shared basement storage is available at your own risk during & between shifts.
