Licensed Massage Therapist

We are seeking a talented, compassionate, and experienced Licensed Massage Therapist to join our growing team in a refined, client-centered luxury medical spa environment. Qualifications:

● Current Massachusetts Massage Therapy License

● Minimum 2 years of professional massage therapy experience preferred

● Proficient in a variety of massage modalities, including:

● Swedish Massage

● Deep Tissue Massage

● Hot Stone Massage

● Prenatal Massage

● Sports Massage

● Trigger Point Therapy

● Manual Lymphatic Drainage

● Certification or experience in Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is required

● Experience working with post-surgical, medical spa, or wellness clients is a plus

● Excellent communication and customer service skills

● Professional, reliable, and team-oriented

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customized therapeutic massage treatments based on each client’s needs

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans and ensure optimal results

• Apply knowledge of physiology and anatomy to target specific areas of pain or tension effectively

• Perform Manual Lymphatic Drainage treatments for wellness and post-procedure recovery

• Educate clients on treatment plans and self-care recommendations

• Maintain accurate documentation of treatments, patient progress, and medical history in compliance with licensing standards

• Ensure a safe environment by adhering to health regulations, sanitation protocols, and CPR certification
