Job Summary
 

As a Massage Therapist and/or Dual Massage Therapist/Esthetician, you will customize treatments based on each client’s individual needs and wellness goals. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable in a variety of massage techniques, facia techniques and committed to excellent client care, and passionate about helping others feel their best.
 

Responsibilities
 

•  Perform a variety of massage/facial and body treatments 
•  Customize sessions to meet clients’ health and wellness goals 
•  Educate clients on massage/skincare benefits, wellness plans, and available services 
•  Maintain accurate and timely session records 
•  Build strong relationships with clients to encourage retention and long-term wellness 
•  Work collaboratively with our wellness team to provide exceptional client experiences 

Qualifications
 

•  Current state Massage Therapy License/Esthetic License and liability insurance 
•  Experience with deep tissue, trigger point therapy, sports massage, and other therapeutic techniques preferred 
•  Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
•  Professional, reliable, and service-oriented 
•  High level of integrity and professionalism 
•  Passion for wellness and helping clients improve their quality of life
