Job description

We have a year round clientele of regulars and we also see 80-100 new clients every month !! You will be consistently busy right away.

Hours of Operation: Tuesdays 12:00-7:00, Wednesday-Saturday 10:00-5:30/6 . We’re closed on Sundays, Mondays and all major holidays. We ask that you work at least three full day shifts per week.

Currently Hiring For: Thursday, Friday, Saturday 10:00am-5:30pm with the possibility to add more shifts.

Compensation: Hourly + Commissions + Tips: Currently our therapist average $61.00 - $90.00 per hour of hands-on work. We pay Bi-weekly through ADP, Employees receive a pay stub from ADP as well as a detailed invoice sheet of all spa compensation. Employees receive a W-2 at the end of the year. Paid on the job training. Therapists are paid for no shows and may opt for onsite standby hours when not fully booked. We accept both credit card and cash tips.

Duties & Expectations:

• Review client's health intakes, take initial assessments. Therapists will be required to use a VAGARO PRO on their own smart phone or i-pad to access their schedules.
• Willingness to assess range of motion, posture and or propose client therapy plans.
• Therapists are expected to learn and incorporate our signature spa treatment protocols while offering their own unique hands on approach to therapeutic massage therapy.
• Willingness to create customized massage sessions on the day of treatment.
• Exceptional personal hygiene, overall tidiness and attention to detail is required. Treatment rooms must be prepared for the next therapist after each shift.
• Professionalism and positivity while interacting with manager, co-workers and clients.
• Must arrive on time for appointments (20-30 minutes before clients).
• Must work in a timely manner.

What to expect:

• You will be busy! We are able to provide new clients weekly and year-round. We work as a team to ensure client satisfaction.
• A comfortable work pace with sufficient time between clients.
• Separate guest waiting room and employee break room with kitchenette.
• We have daily reception/ front desk coverage. Reception is responsible for checking in guests, cashing out/rescheduling and helping maintain a well-organized flow throughout the day.
• Offering up to date, user friendly booking software.
• Thanks to Apple, Sonos, and Vagaro technologies we are a modern paperless spa.
• Electric lift massage tables and spa work stations designed for the convenience and comfort of therapists in all treatment rooms.
• Located inside an immaculately maintained medical office building with a maintenance/cleaning crew, newly renovated common areas and many restrooms throughout the building.
• Therapists are provided with high end spa products for client treatments. Products are immaculately maintained and organized.
• Linens are laundered professionally offsite. Therapists not required to wash or fold laundry.
• Free onsite parking
• Hepa Filtration Systems in all treatment room as well as open windows (weather permitting).
