We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Massage Therapist to join our fast growing spa. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of various massage techniques and a commitment to providing exceptional client care. This role involves assessing client's needs, delivering tailored massage therapies, and contributing to overall wellness in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough client assessments to determine individual needs and treatment plans.
• Provide a variety of massage techniques including swedish, deep tissue, hot stone
• Utilize knowledge of anatomy and physiology to address pain management effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of patient treatments and progress.
• SOAP notes 
• Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and self-care practices.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive client care.
• Uphold high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the treatment area.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to enhance the overall patient experience.

Skills

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Proficient in client's assessment techniques to identify specific needs.
• Expertise in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and other therapeutic modalities.
• Knowledgeable in pain management strategies and occupational health principles.
• Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to massage therapy practices.
• Solid understanding of anatomy and physiology as it relates to therapeutic treatments.
• Excellent customer service skills, ensuring a welcoming environment for all patients.

Job Type: Part-time - Flexible hours.
