Position:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Massage Therapist to deliver high-quality massage therapy services to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of various massage techniques and a dedication to promoting physical and emotional well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of massage therapy techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, and more.
• Customize each massage to meet the individual needs of the client.
• Ensure a relaxing and comfortable environment for clients.
• Maintain proper client records, including treatment notes and preferences.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and concerns.
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols.
• Maintain professional and positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Contribute to the overall cleanliness and organization of the spa area.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest massage therapy trends and techniques.

Qualifications:

• Valid massage therapy license in the state of Massachusetts.
• Previous experience in a spa or salon setting is preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of various massage techniques.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
• A passion for wellness and helping clients feel their best.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client schedules.
