We employs over 150 hospitality professionals each season, with hiring priority given to those who are available to work from mid-May through October.

JOB SUMMARY
Provide guests with a thorough and knowledgeable 60- or 90-minute professional treatment while delivering a positive guest experience.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:- Demonstrate respect, sensitivity, and concern for guests' needs with a professional and pleasant manner
- Practice universal health care protocol while dealing with guests and coworkers
- Adhere to COVID-19 Guidelines
- Maintain schedules and work hours as scheduled
- Acquire product knowledge and meet retail sales objectives
- Comprehend and abide by Fairwinds Spa policy and procedures.
- Set up and break down assigned massage room; maintain neat and well-stocked room
- Complete and submit necessary paperwork
- Attend departmental meetings and workshops as directed
- Exercise dependability and willingness to work with schedule flexibility
- Maintain a physically fit and professional appearance.
- Interact professionally and with sensitivity to the needs of the guests and co-workers.
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
- Must possess a current License issued by the State of Maine
- Must possess and display a cooperative and positive attitude
- Must be on schedule a minimum of 3 hours per day with a maximum of 5 consecutive (at discretion of Manager)
- Must be dependable and able to adjust to schedule changes, including cancellations, short notice bookings
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
