MISSON                

This position is responsible for the delivery of high-quality massage therapy services to members and the general public .  Also critical to this position is the growth of massage therapy clientele. Position requires a flexible schedule including some evenings and weekends.  Self-promotion is required.

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS

• Promote company mission with extremely clean and safe environment, exceed customer satisfaction, and maintain consistently high quality when delivering massage therapy.
• Schedule appointment availability in MINDBODY software consistently.
• Implement protocol for Massage Therapist.  Protocol includes scheduling, quality control guidelines, soap notes, and reviewing processes.
• Frequently schedule events in club to promote the Massage Therapy department.
• Participate in department and club meetings as requested.
• Rebook a majority of clients for their next session.
• Maintain current Massachusetts massage therapy license status.
• Effectively work as a team with other massage therapists on staff.
• Maintain work space in a neat & orderly fashion.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

• Certified & Licensed Massage Therapist
• Experience with Massage Therapy
• Demonstrated ability to promote and grow massage therapy business
