B In Touch Massage Therapy, located in Needham & Wellesley, MA is a busy practice with a clientele diverse in its needs - athletes, people rehabbing from illness or injury, expectant mothers, students, elderly clients, etc.  We build professional relationships with our clients (whom are mostly “regulars” and have standing appointments), and maintain a friendly, professional, drama-free work environment with competitive compensation and weekly incentive bonuses!  Many of our staff have been with us for 10+ years.

We are looking for a smart and outgoing Licensed Massage Therapist with great hands and a great personality; a team-player who is independent and self-motivated.  The ideal candidate will be confident, professional, and extremely responsible!

There is enough availability and flexibility for a full-time or part-time position, however, one weekend shift is mandatory. Please do not respond to this listing if you are unable to work either a Saturday or Sunday shift.

•            Expertise in Deep Tissue massage is a MUST!

•            Competency in any of the following, a plus:  Active Isolated Stretching (AIS), Ashiatsu, Chair Massage, Craniosacral, Cupping, Kinesio Taping, Hot Stone, Pre-Natal Bodywork,  Myofascial Release, Neuromuscular Therapy, Reflexology

•            You must be licensed through the state of MA and carry your own liability insurance.

•            You must be able to perform at least 4 hours of massage therapy same-day (with 30 minute breaks between clients).

•            This is an independent contractor position (not employee).

The ideal start date is January 1, 2021 (with all training completed prior), but dates are flexible.
