Job Summary

Our facility is the areas's largest, most educated, and updated spa salon. It is a two level spa engaging in all aspects of hair, nail, skin, and body care. We are seeking an experienced, passionate licensed esthetician to join our talented team. Our spa is seeking someone that is motivated and loves to educate. An individual that is capable of pleasing our existing clientele and has the ability to rebook, recommend professional products, and is successful with service and retail sales. Our spa is extremely well known for our constant educational efforts, outstanding guest relations, and our desired goals of continued growth. We have been in business for 33 years and are proud of our accomplishments and look forward to our future journey. We are seeking an esthetician that is interested in growth, opportunity, and wants to be part of a talented team. We take extreme pride in our spa working as a team. We have something very special and are looking for someone that has the same vision and mission as we do. We also are very serious about professionalism and catering to our guests. We are so passionate about this industry we recently opened our sister company located at Old Sturbridge Village, a wedding venue that hosts 75 weddings a year. Esthetics services we currently offer:

*Facials, facial treatments, Glymed Peels

*Dermasound Elite Ultrasonic Facial Treatments

*Micro Channeling

*Complete full body waxing including facial waxing, bikini, and brazilian waxing

*Eyelash/brow tinting, eyelash extensions, eyelash lifts, and spray tanning

*Makeup/Airbrush for special events and weddings

*Ear Candling

Esthetician Qualifications:

*Must have current Esthetician License

*Experience performing facial treatments, waxing, peels etc.

*Experience in customer service and sales

*Must be able to recommend and complete sale of skin products

*Certified lash specialist a plus

*Experience with the Dermasound or ultrasonic facials a plus

*Makeup Enthusiast a plus

*Knowledge of Glymed skin care a plus
